Monday-Friday our morning class times are at 5, 6 and 7PM and afternoon classes are at 5, 6 and 7PM. Each class is 50 minutes long and guaranteed to burn those calories yet allow you to go at your pace. Saturday morning classes are at 7 & 8am only and Sunday we are closed.
Yes, we provide personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals and needs. Our certified trainers offer one-on-one sessions as well as group training options.
We understand that circumstances may change, and if you need to cancel your membership, simply visit our front desk during staffed hours or contact us via email. Our staff will assist you through the cancellation process and provide any necessary paperwork.
